Abstract

With a heavy heart, we are presenting our first issue of the Journal of the Pakistan Historical Society Historicus of 2019, without the guidance and supervision of our mentor, Prof. Dr. Ansar Zahid Khan, who left us on 19th February 2019 to his journey to eternity. This year we have been deprived of another renowned historian, Prof. Dr. S.H.M. Jafri. May Allah rest their souls in peace. Due to protracted illness and sad demise of our Editor-in-Chief, Prof. Dr. Ansar Zahid Khan, we have decided to publish both the issues as a combined issue. This combined issue (No. 1 & 2 of 2019) has ten research articles beside part VII of the “Memoirs of Khwajah Muhammad Bux” as well.
